Health Sync serves as a data synchronization tool between various health and fitness applications. Currently in its early access phase for iOS, the app offers limited functionality, with plans for expansion in the upcoming months. At present, it supports synchronization from Apple Health, Huawei Health, Garmin Connect, and Fitbit to Apple Health, Fitbit, and Strava, with additional source and destination applications expected to be integrated in future updates.

The application begins syncing data from the moment it is installed, while historical data—those recorded prior to installation—can be synchronized following the one-week free trial period. Notably, when syncing with Garmin Connect, users can access up to five years of activity data and two years of other metrics such as steps, sleep, and heart rate.

Syncing occurs automatically in the background several times an hour; however, this is subject to iOS restrictions on background processes. Fitness GPS data is uploaded to Apple Health when the device is unlocked. Should syncing occur while the device is locked, Health Sync will integrate GPS data into the Apple Health workout records upon the next app launch.

It is important to note that syncing from Apple Health requires the phone to be unlocked. The interface of Health Sync is user-friendly, and following the initial trial period, users have the option to purchase a lifetime license for continued access and historical data synchronization.
